Please Read This!

Look, I feel like you guys are coming on less and less. Not that you aren't active, because you mostly, but I'm just afraid of you becoming inactive. I really don't want to give that speech about staying active, I know you have all heard it before. I want to make EchoClan more exciting for you, other than the prophecy! So, I have made a little poll in the left collum and I want to know what you think about all the cats having theme songs! So please take the poll(and please just say Yes or No, not 'What's a theme song?' or "I like waffles!!!!' because those two were just for fun.) And well, I can draw cats decently well. So, I've been thinking of taking requests to draw your EchoClan cats and post them up on the blog, just for fun! What do you think of that; should I show you some sketches first? Anyway, that's all for now, please comment and vote on the poll.

Sorry for being forgetful!!!

I know yesterday was the gathering, but I didn't remember until like one in the morning yesterday. And it was a special one too, the moon was closer to us than it has been in like 18 years! Did you see it, it was so bright! Anyway, I'm really mad I forgot about the gathering because I wanted Jadestar to fall off the Great Stone/Rock whatever and lose a life. So, let's just pretend that happened, kk? Ok!

PeakClan

Hi! I'm advertising for the new clan that I'm running with Raven/Daniee. It's called PeakClan and it's pretty cool, but we need more people to join. A prophecy wil be starting that has four cats and only one cat gets to be in it per person. There are already three spots filled, so the last spot it first come, first surve! Even if you don't get in the prophecy, please join. We still need a medicine cat and a medicine cat apprentice!

The First One Kidnapped

Swiftpaw darted throguh the forest, back to camp. He leapt from stepping stone to stepping stone over the stream and ran through the trees. He burst through the tunnel that was the camp entrance. "Morningpaw! She's gone! She was kidnapped by a rouge at Stoneplace!" Swiftpaw cried, out of breath. Jadestar walked up to her son. "It's alright, we'll find her. How far has thr rouge gone?" she meowed. "T-the rouge was large, I couldn't catch him. He was heading...f-for the open territory. He's probably t-there by now," Swiftpaw said shakily. Jadestar turned to her deputy. "Scartail, take Greyfoot and Flamestripe to Stoneplace and follow the rouge from there. If the trail leads into the open territory, then don't go too far for now. When you're finished, report back to me," she ordered. "Yes, Jadestar," Scartail replied and led Flamestripe and Greyfoot out of camp.

*The Patrol*

Scartail, Greyfoot, and Flamestripe raced through the forest to Stoneplace. Greyfoot sniffed the ground and meowed, "I smell scents of Swiftpaw and Morningpaw...and rouge! I've found it!" They followed the scent trail until it stopped at the stream. "He must have gone through it," Flamestripe mumbled. "Then we will, too," Scartail said. She led the patrol strait through the stream, feeling lucky it was a calm part. "We probably could have just went to the stepping stones to get across," Greyfoot meowed. "You afraid of getting a little wet, Greyfoot? The stepping stones are too far down anyway, if we took time to go cross that way then we would oose the scent," Scartail snapped. They found the scent again, but it was faint. "The water is hinding the rouges scent!" Flamestripe said. They tried their best to follow the scent, but lost it. "We might as well head back to camp," Scartail murmured.

*Back at Camp*

The patrol came back into camp, without Morningpaw. "Any luck?" Jadestar asked. Scartail shook her head. "We lost the scent trail after we crossed the stream," she meowed. Jadestar sighed. She leapt to the top of the EchoRock and called the clan together. "As you all know by now, Morningpaw has been kidnapped by a rouge. I want all patrol to watch out for rouges, and no apprentices can go into the forest without a warrior," she called, "Meeting dissmissed." Jadestar leapt down from the EchoRock.

Sad News

Jadestar slowly got to the top of the EchoRock and called the clan together. "Sadly, there has been a death in EchoClan. Moonkit has died and gone to StarClan earlier than anyone had expected. Let us morn for the young kit tonight. Crookedback and Sparkpaw will bury her in the morning," she meowed. Jadestar leapt down from the rock and walked up to the small black kit who layed in the middle of the clearing. She pressed her nose to the she-kit's fur.

Prophecy Part 1 ~ Jadestar's Dream

Jadestar was lying in her nest, inside the stone den under the EchoRock. She was drifting off to sleep, unaware of what was coming...

~In Her Dream~

Jadestar found herself in an unfamiliar clearing. Ahead of her, was the oddest thing she had ever seen. To the left was a fog so thick that nothing was visible, but to the right it was completely clear. All around was nothing but silence. Suddenly, a cat with a starry pelt walked out of the fog and stood in front of her. Jadestar took a closer look and realized the cat was her father, Echofade. "Echofade? But you went to StarClan!" Jadestar meowed, breaking the silence. "Yes, I did, dear Jadestar. But I appear before you now just to inform you of a prophecy." Confusion covered Jadestar's face. "A prophecy?" she echoed. Echofade nodded and meowed, "A message from StarClan, to warn your clan of what is coming." Jadestar looked at her father, his eyes looked like they were glowing. He said,

To receive the message we send to you,
Look to the two brothers.
One can hear through the silence,
One can see through the fog.

Then, Echofade vanished. Jadestar looked around the clearing and called out, "Echofade? Dad? Hello?"

Suddenly, Jadestar woke up to find herself back in her den. Moonlight flooded into the den, covering her pelt. She said the prophecy over and over in her head, trying to figure out what it ment. But, soon she was too tired and drifted back into sleep. At dawn, she woke and left her den. She climbed up the EchoRock and sat there, watching her clan wake up. Two brothers? One can hear through silence...one can see through fog... she thought, Oh, what could it mean?

New Cat and Warriors

Jadestar leapt to to top of the EchoRock and called, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather below to EchoRock for a meeting!" As her voice echoed through the clearing, the cats gathered below her. "To start today's meeting, we have three new cats joining. First, we have two Riverpaw and Sweetpaw. Do both of you wish to train as apprentices to learn our ways and the warrior code?" Both Riverpaw and Sweetpaw reply, "I do!" Jadestar nods and meows, "Alright, then Riverpaw, your mentor will be Crowflight. Sweetpaw, your mentor will be Nightclaw." Crowflight and Nightclaw walk up to touch noses with their apprentices. "We also have Wishpool who wishes to join us. Wishpool, do you promise to follow the warrior code as a warrior of EchoClan?" Wishpool repiles, "I do." Jadestar meowed, "Then welcome to EchoClan Wishpool. Welcome Riverpaw and Sweetpaw as well." The clan cheered the names of the new cats.

Riverpaw! Sweetpaw! Wishpool! Riverpaw! Sweetpaw! Wishpool!

"Two apprentices must also be made into warriors. Honeypaw and Cloudpaw, please come forward," Jadestar meowed. The two apprentice stepped forward proudly. "Both of you have trained well and it is your time to become warriors. Do you two wish to become warriors of EchoClan?" Honeypaw and Cloudpaw nod and say, "I do!" Jadestar meowed, "Well, then from this day forward, Honeypaw will be known as Honeystone. Cloudpaw, you will be known as Cloudbreeze." The clan cheers their new names.

Honeystone! Cloudbreeze! Honeystone! Cloudbreeze!

"Thats is all. Meeting dissmissed," Jadestar meowed, leaping down from the EchoRock.
