A New Ally and Danger in the Forest

Jadestar leapt to the top of the EchoRock and called her clan togeter. "I'm proud to say we have made a new ally, FalconClan. But, they have warned us of a badger that may have been chased right into our territory," she annouced. "So, all apprentices can't go in the forest without a warrior, and no cat can go out alone. All patrols keep watch for the badger until further notice. I have a feeling it could be staying at Stoneplace, so no patrols will go to close. I want one patrol to go now and check for badger scent, but then come straight back and report to me. Darkflame, Desertslash, Moontail, and Fallenheart will go. Meeting dissmissed!" she called. Jadestar leapt down from the EchoRock and back into her den.

Gathering Tonight

Jadestar leapt to the top of the EchoRock. "Cats of EchoClan, tonight is the gathering. We must hurry, I'm afraid we're already late!" She called. Here's who's going:

"All others will gaurd the camp. Leafstream and Mallowleaf, plase watch my kits in the nursery while I'm gone. They should be asleep soon after dark. Let's set out!" Jadestar leapt down from the rock and led the group of cats out of camp, Greyfoot at her side.

"Bye mama!" Amberkit shouted as she watched them go. "I wish we got to go," mumbled Swiftkit. "We'll get to go when we're apprentices!" chirped Longkit. "That will take forever!" complained Sparkkit.

A Terrible Death

All seemed peaceful until Crowpaw stormed into camp. He held something in his jaws, not prey. It was Harvestpaw. Cats stared in horror as he padded to the center of the clearing and set her down. "Harvestpaw's dead!" he annouced, "We were collecting herbs near the ThistleClan border and Harvestpaw acedently crossed it. I went to get her back, but two ThistleClan apprentices attacked. She was killed by Hawkpaw of ThistleClan." To himself he muttered, "It was my fault...I was supposed to protect her.." Jadestar walked up to Crowpaw in the center of camp. She sadly looked at Harvestpaw, then faced her clan. "Honeycloud and Goldenfrost, please rub her body with rosemary and lavender. We will morn for her tonight, then she will be buried at dawn," she meowed.

A Queen and Her Kits

Jadestar jumped up the EchoRock and called her clan together. "We have a queen named Mallowleaf joining today, and she has brought her three kits, Grasskit, Sweetkit, and Dawnkit, with her." Jadestar annouced., "Welcome them to EchoClan!" The clan cheered their names,

Mallowleaf! Grasskit! Dawnkit! Sweetkit!

"That is all! Meeting dissmissed!" Jadestar called.

So, Leafstream hasn't come on because she is played by the same person as Harvestpaw. So, does anyone want to play a kit, but not the mother? I'll except two kits that will be Leafstream's, but Leafstream will die giving birth. Alright? First come, first surve.

Caption Contest for Medicine Cat Apprentice!

Ok, so the current medicine cat apprentice, Harvestpaw, never comes on so I am going to have ThistleClan cats kill her so we can get a medicine cat apprentice THAT ACTUALLY COMES ON ECHOCLAN. To pick that new medicine cat apprentice, all who might want to be medicine cat apprentice please enter in this caption contest! The only rule is that to win, you must have what I think is the funniest caption and you MUST come on often to be the medicine cat apprentice. Anyway, here we go!

Apprentices and Warriors

Jadestar leapt to the top of the EchoRock and called, "All cats who can catch their won prey, gather below for a clan meeting!!" The clan gathered below the rock for the meeting, then waited for Jadestar's annoucement. "We have one kit who is ready to become an apprentice. Brightkit come forward!" she meowed. The excited little she-kit scampered over to the EchoRock. "Brightkit, you have reached the age of six moons and you are ready to become an apprentice. Until you receive your warrior name, you will be called Brightpaw and your mentor will be Berrygaze," Jadestar said. Berrygaze came and touched noses with her new apprentice. "Also, we have a newcomer. His name is Crowpaw and he has come from a distant clan, so he already has some training. Scartail, you will mentor Crowpaw," Jadestar mewoed. Scartail came to touch noses with Crowpaw. "And now," Jadestar said, "We have two apprentices becoming warriors. Talonpaw and Stormpaw, come forward!" The two apprentices came forward, you could easily they have both grown to a warrior size. "You teo have trained well and learned the warrior cod, therefore you are ready to become warriors. Are you ready to become warriors of EchoClan?" Jadestar asked. Bith apprentices say "I do!" excitedly. "Then from now on, Talonpaw, you will be known as Talonstrike. Stormpaw, you will be known as Stormsky," Jadestar meowed. The clan cheered the names of the new apprentices and warriors.

Brightpaw! Crowpaw! Talonstrike! Stormsky!

"Meeting dissmissed!" Jadestar called, then leapt down from the hightrock and back into her den with her kits.

Jadestar's Annoucement

Jadestar slipped out of her den, now much slimmer. She gently leapt up the EchoRock with ease. "All cats old enought to catch their own prey, gather below the EchoRock for a clan meeting!" she called. Cats gathered below, releived to see that Jadestar was okay. "I want to say my kitting did not go the best, but now I am alright I have four healthy kits," she meowed, careful not to say she had lost two lives. "Their nameds are Swiftkit, Longkit, Sparkkit, and Amberkit," she continued, "Two toms and two she-cats. I would like to keep them in my den, but Scartail and Mystpaw, please bring extra bedding to my den. And I want to keep my den just as garded as the nursery. That is all!" She scrambled down the EchoRock and back into her den.
