Jadestar sat calmly outside of her den, watching her kits, Greyfoot was at her side. It was a calm day in EchoClan, the forest was silent now that Leafbare was here. Thought there was no snow, a slight chill was still in the air. Suddenly, the bushed around the camp rustled and ememy cats burst into camp. "ThistleClan, attack!" a brown tabby called, and the calm camp turned into a battle scence in just seconds. "Get in the den, kits" Jadestar said in shock, pushing her kits into her den. She hissed and ran up to the brown tabby. "Sharpstar! Why are you attacking?" Jadestar demanded. "Your cats were stealing our herbs. We might as well teach you a lesson before you think of stealing more," he replied. "What?? That was a mistake, a couple of apprentices acedently crossed the border. So what do you do? Kill one! Isn't that 'teaching us a lesson'? You must be so blood thristy you just want to attack because you got board!" Jadestar snapped. Full of anger, she leapt on top of the large brown tabby.

ReplyDeleteTalonstrike and Stormsky exchanged glances full of exhilaration and fear, then leapt into battle with the ThistleClan cats. Darkflame hissed, then found a dark tabby warrior and clawed his muzzle fiercely.

Nightclaw backed up against the battle, his ears laying flat. A silver blur pounced on him, sinking her claws into his dark pelt. Hissing, Nightclaw shook the she-cat off, turning to face her.

Mystpaw glared. How dare these cats invade their home! She ran to Raintail. "Come on, let's get them," she hissed. Raintail nodded, his eyes hard as steel. The two cats charged into battle, slashing and clawing and chasing Thistleclan away. Mystpaw was in a haze. She felt outside her body. Suddenly, a loud screech cut through, and Mystpaw gasped. She knew that voice. Raintail ran afer the attacker and killed him with a swift blow. He looked shaken and angry. "Oh, nonononononno," Mystpaw gasped, shaking and tearful. "No. This can't be happening. We can save her, can't we, Raintail?" she asked desperately. Raintail closed his eyes and shook his head. "No. There's nothing anyone can do." The siblings were pressed close together in silent grief.

ReplyDeleteDesertslash raced back into camp with news. He skidded throught he ferns to see the clearing littered with battleing cats. He let out a fearsome battle cry and jumped on a white, long-furred tom.
(Sure thing, but you could always make Morningpaw a new cat too)
ReplyDeleteJadestar and Sharpstar glared at each other feircely. "I can't beleive you're this low. You truly are just blood tristy, arn't you?" Jadestar spat, "You want blood? I'll show it to you!" She lunged at the large dark brown tabby, easily dodging when he swung a paw at her, and raked her claws across his cheek. Shapstar's cheek dripped with blood, it fell to the ground and gathered in droplets on his whiskers.
Sharpstar acted as though he didn't even feel Jadestar's blow. He laughed at her, "Is that your best?" He jumped forwar at her with claws unsheathed. But, Jadestar was much more agile than Sharpstar, she ducked and rolled out of the way. Sharpstar was supprised at how swiftly she moved and he landed hard on his belly, splatting on the ground. Jadestar's whiskers twiched in amusement and she let out a snicker. "This isn't over yet!" Sharpstar hissed, leaping back up.

Berylmist weaved around the warrior she was fighting, surprising him with her speed and agility. She easily dispatched him, showing no quarter. She glanced over at Jadestar, seeing that her leader was doing fine. Even if she wasn't, Berylmist knew she wouldn't thank her for fighting her battle.

Chillingheart watched his sister Icebreeze battle proudly, knowing that however kind she might be, she wasn't someone you wanted as an enemy in battle. He spotted Jadestar standing over Sharpstar, snickering as his leader lay on the ground. With a yowl of fury, he leapt forward and launched himself at the leader, claws extended, aiming for her neck.

Darkflame saw the dark tabby warrior that he was battling with earlier leap for his leader. Instinct took over his mind and he shook off the pretty blue-gray tabby she-cat he was battling. He suddenly found himself flinging himself at that dark tabby's side, and he pushed him out of Jadestar's way. He saw his leader turn, startled, out of the corner of his eye as he and the tabby tom disappeared under a writhing mass of claws and teeth.

Hawkpaw sprang into battle, loving the trill. He looked around for an EchoClan cat to fight, and spotted one. He was a dark grey tabby tom (Darkflame) who seemed atrong, but Hawkpaw had a good feeling her could take him. He was almost the same size as the EchoClan warrior anyway. Hawkpaw smirked and stalked up to the warrior. He hissed and flung himself onto the dark grey warrior's back, sinking his claws in.

Frozenpaw shivered in fear. He wished he waiting on the edge of EchoClan's camp with Siverpool, the medicine cat, and Fashkit, a kit. He wished he was a medicine cat apprentice and would not be forced to fight even though he is blind. He did his best to avoid the fight, leaping out of the way of two she-cats clawing each other and managed to escape an enemy warrior leaping at him. But then he ran straight into another cat, at least he could tell this one was an apprentice. But he looked framiliar...suddenly Frozenpaw remembered. This was Crowpaw, the cat who was with EchoClan's medicine cat appretice when Hawkpaw killed her.

Jadestar shot Darkflame a quick look of thanks and turned back to Sharpstar. He was about to leap on her because she had let her gard down for just a second when looking at Darkflame. Ready for it, she crouched and leapt up and over Sharpstar. She turned and swiped her claws, trying to hit his flank but the enemy leader moved and instead, Jadestar slashed at his tail, leaving a nasty cut.
ReplyDeleteSharpstar yowled, but the battle raged on. He spun around and scratched Jadestar's side. She winced and turned the other way, so he atemted to scratch her other side. But Jadestar quickly grabbed his paw and bit down hard. Sharpstar yanked his paw away and used his other to swat Jadestar in the face. When she was a bit stunned, he backed up the ran forward and rammed into her, making her fly off and scrape agenst the ground. He ran up to her and swatted her head, this time scratching her. Jadestar's eyes flashed, then she fell motionless. Sharpstar smirked, he knew what was happening. A moment later Jadestar woke after losing another life.

Frozenpaw stood in shock. "You!" Crowpaw snarled and flung himself at Frozenpaw. Frozenpaw shook himself out of it and leapt out of the way. Crowpaw turned to face him again and growled, "Your brother killed Harvestpaw!" Frozenpaw nodded, "Yes. My brother is cruel, he much like my father." Crowpaw swung a paw at Frozenpaw and scratched his face. "I bet you're the same!" he hissed. Frozenpaw shook his head and said, "Never! I'm nothing like my family or any ThistleClan cat. I'd never want to kill a cat, I'd never even have the guts to try! But, my father won't except that. Him and Hawkpaw were trying to teach me to be more of a ThistleClan cat that day, and you two just happened to show up. So, my dad took it as a perfect oportunity and told us to fight you!" Crowpaw stopped and cocked his head. Frozenpaw continued, "I don't want to even be a warrior!" But Frozenpaw thoguht for a moment. "No," he said, "That's all I have been telling myself. I keep telling myself I don't want to be a warrior, that I want to live in peace as a medicine cat. Really I'm not sure I would have a problem being an alright warrior, if I wasn't ThistleClan. I don't want to be a ThisltleClaan warrior. I don't want to be in ThistleClan, every cat treats me wrong and scares me out of my skin!" Crowpaw stood in silence. "I don't blame you, I hate ThistleClan. I'll let you go. Try your best to avoid sharp claws, I've seen you and I admit your agile and pretty good at that." The dusty black apprentice stepped back and let Frozenpaw run off.
Frozenpaw thought he was safe at the edge of the clearing, no cat saw him, they all were fighting. He moved along the edge trying to avoid cats who may attack, but ran into a calico EchoClan apprenitce. Not again! he thought.

ReplyDeleteDarkflame froze at the sudden piercing of claws in his back, but gritted his teeth at the pain and relaxed his muscles so he could shake Hawkpaw off more easily. He went limp a heartbeat after the apprentice landed on him, and Hawkpaw lost a bit of his grip with the sudden loss of impact. Then, with a thrash-like movement then a roll, Darkflame squished the apprentice under him in a matter of heartbeats. He picked up the apprentice up by the scruff, then pushed him onto another battling pair of cats, seeing him land into Talonstrike, who sidestepped, hooking his claws into Hawkpaw's fur and instead making him land on Amberclaw, the cat he was battling with.
Meanwhile, Brooklight, who had seen Echostar drop to the ground, let of a screech of fury and fear. With no hesitation, she launched herself across the clearing onto Sharpstar, clawing at his ear and flanks in rage.
(yes, she'll lose, but i didn't rly need her anymore so i'm killing her)

ReplyDeleteSharpstar growled and shoved Brooklight away. "This is our fight, EchoClan mouse-brain. You won't want to fight me, you're not match for me. At least Jadestar as more lives to lose, you only have one," he hissed. The dark brown tabby launched himself at Brooklight, pinning her down. He snarled in her face. He could see Brooklight was looking detormoned and tried her best to push him off. Jadestar shook herself off as she spreng up, then she saw Sharpstar pinning Brooklight. "No!" she cried, leaping over. She was about to ram into Sharpstar, but she was too late. The dark leader bit down on Brooklight's next. She let out half a yowl, but was cut off when she died in just a matter of seconds. Jadestar was still running and rammed into Sharpstar, knocking him off Brooklight's body. She only wished the she-cat was still alive to run off and escape.

The brown tabby leader's eyes flashed then he fell still, losing a life. He came back to life a moment later, but only for a second. StarClan was still healing the cut on his neck so lost another life. After he lost another life, he slowly got to his paws. Jadedstar glared at him. "Get out of my territory!" she spat.

Hawkpaw hissed and clawed at Talonstrike making him let go. He was goign to run back over and fight Darkflame, could could not see him. He rushed through the croudn of cats looking for someone to fight. He saw EhoClan's deputy, Sparrowclaw, battling with his mother, Bluestone. Bluestone clawed at Spaeeowclaw's legs, knocking him off his feet. Desiding to help his mother, Hawkpaw ran over and scratched the deputy's side then bit down hard on his leg, feeling his teeth scrape bone. Hawkpaw released the deputy's leg andBluestone pushed Sparrowclaw to his feet just to ram into him and send him flying and hitting the ground. Sparrowclaw layed motionless a few fow-lengths away from Bluestone and Hawkpaw.

Flowerwish gasped as a huge tabby cat leaped on her from behind. Startled, she crumpled under his wait, feeling the firey pain of his claws raking her ears, her flanks... Desperately, she tried to flip over, but his weight was too much, and she only exposed her belly, which her promptly began slashing. Screeching with pain and anger, Flowerwish summoned all her strength and... slashed her sharp claws in his eyes. Howling with horror, pain, and disbelief, the blind tom blundered away wailing and moaning. Flowerwish tried to drag herself to safety, but blacked out for loss of blood.

Mystpaw was fighting a losing battle. All around were Thistleclan cats, intent on her death. Mystpaw knew she couldn't keep this up much longer. She tried to call to Raintail, but he was busy helping. She was exhausted, and turned around, prepared to fight out. But in that moment when she turned her back, a Thistleclan cat lunged on top of her, his razor-sharp claws sinking into her flesh. Mystpaw cried out, and felt claws ripping through her ear. She went limp, and was picked up by the scruff of the neck and flung aside like nothing. Mystpaw hit the camp wall, and then another heavy weight was on her and she felt fire in her leg and heard a sickening crunch. She lay still after that, bloody and battered. Mystpaw felt her breath rattle in her lungs before everything went black.
Stormsky hissed in anger as Hawkpaw flung her brother away and killed Sparrowclaw (she doesn't know he's not dead). She let out a fearsome screech and launched herself at the apprentice. "You piece of badger dung!" She yowled, slicing down his belly, and blood welled out.

Morningpaw was busy attacking a she-cat, when a huge tabby tom crashed on top of her. She heard the painfull crack in her back, but it still didn't break. Being sleek and agile, Morningpaw slipped out from under her new opponent and turned to face him. Her ears folded back and her tail bristled as she attempted to look menacing to the large tom. Morningpaw saw foam bubble at his mouth and she took a step back.

Blizzardsight ran to Moontail's aid. He jumped on the back of one of the tom, shredding his fur off.

Morningpaw screamed as the foaming tom leaped for her throat. He placed a heavy paw on her chest and sneered."Say goodbye!" Morningpaw's eyes widened when she realized the tom was actually going to attempt to kill her."He's going to break the warrior code!" She shouted, hoping other cats heard.
Darkflame brushed past Desertslash as he raced to protect the Medicine Cat den. He locked gazes with the mentor, and promised, "I won't let anything hurt her, don't worry."

ReplyDeleteMystpaw regained conciousness. She was in a haze of pain, and every breath hurt. She opened bleary eyes and saw Darkflame and Desertslash talk. She moaned and rolled over. Her ear was hurting, and she could feel the blood dripping from the wound. Mystpaw didn't care right now. She was lost in her own body. She fell under a new wave of pain.

Raintail ran over to Morningpaw. "Are you okay?" he asked. He looked over at Moontail. She didn't look like she needed help. Raintail looked over at Berrygaze's broken body, and a tear leaked out. His sister had been through so much. He scanned the crowd of battling cats. "Have you seen Mystpaw?" he asked the apprentice.

Crowpaw glaced around and suddenly spotted something. It was Mystpaw lying in the medicine cat's den! Struck with horror that the lovely she-cat could be hurt, he ran to her, pushing away every cat until he was in the medicine cat's den. He pushed past Darkflame and Desertslash then crouched beside Mystpaw. "Mystpaw, are you alright? Can you hear me?" he meowed desperately. He didn't care that was pretty much showing everyone that he loved her when he had told no one yet. He didn't care about anything except if Mystpaw was alive.

"Thistleclan warriors fight dirty," she murmured. And before she could stop it, just before she lapsed back into unconciousness, she mewed. "I love you, Crowpaw." Then the world went black once more.

Desertslash was aiming for the toms throat. He wasn't going to kill him, but just give him a real wound to think about.
Blizzardsight smiled at Moontail as she ran to Morningpaw. He then looked for someone else to attack. He quickly caught site of a strong looking she-cat, and he attacked from behind.
Groggily, Flowerwish lifted her head, and instantly regretted it. She was instantly dizzy, and collapsed back down. Hearing the sounds of the raging battle around her, she tried desperately to strengthen herself for battle. "I m-must help fight!" She mewed to herself.

He started towards his sister and then saw a strange black tom beside her who he identified as Crowpaw. At first, he wanted to break them up, but then he sighed. Mystpaw wouldn't want that, and she might die. Raintail shook his head, and padded off, looking for another opponent to fight. Suddenly, backbreaking weight was upon him and his skinny body was crushed underneath the larger one of a big brown tom. "Prepare to die," he hissed. Raintail struggled and snarled, but nothing could stop the big tom. He saw the raised claws...
Desertslash's attention turned over to Raintail. He again thrust the tom aside and ran to the huge brown tom. He rammed into his side, rolling him off of Raintail."Why doesn't your clan learn how to NOT break the warrior code?" Desertslash sneered and slashed the toms eye.

The tom that Blizzardsight confronted actually looked menacing. He bristled his fur to look even bigger, then begn to lead the tom out of camp. THey came towards the river that surrounded Willow Island. Blizzardsight teased and was about to use the water as an advantage. Suddenly, the tom slipped into the icy water. On his way down, he tried to use Blizzarsight to get out. His claws dug right into Blizzardsight's eye. He shrieked and fell to the ground as the tom was swept away. The world slowly faded out. The last thing Blizzardsight saw was his own blood trickling into the river.
Morningpaw let out an oof when she slid off the brown toms back."Blizardsight will take care of him." She smiled, then went to find that tom whoo kept running into her.(Frozenpaw)
"No... But the Clan... Needs me." Flowerwish searched the heaving mass of fighting cat's searching wildly for a certain pelt...

Darkflame saw Crowpaw crouch next to Mystpaw, and he knew they would be alright. But then he spotted Raintail under a huge brown tom. He growled. If he couldn't save Mystpaw, he would save her brother. He barrelled into the huge brown tom, who hissed and battered at his belly. The brown tom matched him in size, so Darkflame didn't expect him to be so strong. He flung him off himself, the slashed him across his face. "Raintail! Go protect your sister!"

ReplyDeleteRaintail twisted up, and thanked both Desertslash and Darkflame. "Mystpaw is fine," he said before rolling away. "Is there anyone else who needs help?" he asked.

Honeypaw and Cloudpaw fought side by side against Echospots, a warrior of ThristleClan. Echospots hissed, "I might as well kill you both". "Ha!", Honeypaw snarled, "Two appentices against one warrior?". "Like you can kill use! That would make StarClan very angry!', Cloudpaw spat.

Raintail noticed that Blizzardsight's scent trail led out of camp, along with enemy Thistleclan scent. He followed the trail and came upon Blizzardsight's body. His eye was a mangled and bloody mess, while the other one was closed. There was no sign of the Thistleclan cat. Raintail supposed he died. Gently, he picked up Blizzardsight by the scruff of his neck and dragged him back to camp.
ReplyDeleteRaintail called to Desertslash as he re-entered the battle. "Protect my back!" he said, his voice muffled by Blizzardsight's scruff. "Blizzardsight is terribly injured, and we need to get him to the medicine cat den." Raintail prayed to Starclan that Blizzardsight would be okay.
Desertslash's eyes widened with horror when Raintail dragged in his brother."Blizzarsight!" He ran towards him, but remembered what Raintail had asked. Desertslash slowly circled Raintail to keep Thistleclan cats away.
ReplyDelete"Thanks," said Raintail when they got inside the medicine den. He shot a look at his sister before he flew back into the battle, leaving Desertslash with his brother.
ReplyDelete"So, she is going to be ok, right?" Crowpaw asked, looking up to Raintail. But, the tom was already gone. He looked down and Mystpaw and sighted. She said she loved me... he thought. Crowpaw licked Mystpaw's ear and whispered, "I love you too, Mystpaw. Don't die, please."

Frozenpaw smelt a framilar scent, that she-cat he kept running into. It was coming closer. "Uhh..hello?" he meowed, glacine around blindly.

ReplyDeleteScartail hissed as she chased off a ThistleClan warrior. But, she bumped right into another ThistleClan cat, this one was an apprentice. Willowpaw stood and snarled at Scartail. "An apprentice? Easy," Scartail chalenged. Willowpaw growled at Scartial, "You wish it was!" The grey and white apprentice flung herself at Scatail, who easily dodged. Willowpaw noticed the scar on Scartail's tail and taunted, "Nice scar, want another? They probly gave you an ugly name like Nastyscar or something, huh?" Scartail turned around and scraped her claws across Willowpaw's face. "It's Scartail, you piece of fox-dung!" she hissed. Willowpaw hissed and scratched Scartail's face. "And you're proud of that name?" Willowpaw asked. "Very proud. I wouldn't change it for anything, I asked for it to be Scartial to remind I'm braver than a mouse-brained cat like you," Scatail hissed, "I got it from a badger that I nearly killed!" Willowpaw smirked. "Stop bragging. I'm no mouse-brain, you are. If you fought a badger smartly, you would have no scars. Maybe a smart cat wouldn't even fight a badger at all!" she meowed. "I did it to help save my clan, not for glory. And have you ever seen a badger? It has power to kill you in a second. If you fight one, you're lucky to have no scars and live. Usually, you ether live with a scar or you're dead," Scartail growled. "Scars make you ugly! Especially ones like that," Willowpaw said, pointing to Scartail's tail. Scartail was angry. "Well, then I'll give you one like that!" she yowled and dug her claws into Willowpaw's flank as she scraped them down it. Willowpaw cried in pain then ran away, leaving a trail of blood.

"No!" Jadestar hissed, "This battle is over." Jadestar clawed at Starpstar's face. She jumped over and scraped his flank, making him turn to her. When he did, she leapt over and scraped his other flank. Sharpstar hissed in pain. Jadetsra leapt in front of him and turn, then kicked him hard in the face with her hind legs. The brown tabby leader flew a couple of fox-lengths away, scraping the ground. Jadestar padded over and glared down at him. Sharpstar could feel her gaze burning into his pelt. He snarled, ThistleClan had lost.
