Goodbye, EchoClan.

I've decided to delete this blog, I don't even stay active on it myself. Maybe someday I will re-open EchoClan if I feel like it, but right now I would rather focus on RunningClan. I want to thank everyone who has joined EchoClan, it really has been fun role playing here with you. I'll also be deleting EchoClan's Past and ThistleClan because I only made them to go with this blog. I will delete EchoClan on Tuesday, September 27 just so more people get a chance to see this. If you want to find me, I'll be at RunningClan.

Well...

In other words, most of you said you would be active if I'm active with posting. Problem is there are soooo many inactive members too. To be honest, I don't want to delete their cats though cuz then EchoClan would look small. The thought of restarting the blog passed through my mind, what do you think of that? Just deleting all cats and comments and starting over? At least restart the prophecy because to me, it was kinda a fail. I wish to fix the inactiveness of this blog and make it more fun for everyone. Ideas, anyone?

Another though came to me, and it is what I will do for now. EchoClan will be on pause, that means no role-playing. I will take it off pause when I feel the time is right.

But I really need ideas of what to do with this clan. Should I just delete it? Deleting it would alow me to only focus on the new clan I created because I really wanted too...

I'm back.

Yep. Sunset-senpai, the girl who ditched you all for weeks, is finally back. I'm not dead XD!!! I'm sorry I left for so long without saying anything, and I never want to leave for that long again unless I really need to. And if I do need to leave for that long, I'll tell you guys first!! Don't ask why I was gone so long, I just guess it was sort of a blogger vacation. I'm not going into detail, I'd just be making up excuses, lol. I'm going to try and pick up things where they left off and be more active on blogger, but not on so many blogs. I'll probably try to stick to just 3 to 5 blogs for now and be on when I can. ^^

I don't wanna talk forever, well, type forever. So, I know everyone who sees this is obviouly an EchoClan member (pretty much all of my blogger friends are I think...), so please if you will be active on EchoClan as long as I'm here too, please comment below to tell me. I love you all!!!

Lots of Stuff

Jadestar leapt to the top of the EchoRock and took a breath of New-leaf air. "All cats gather below for a clan meeting!" she called out and waited for her clan to gather. "To start, we have some new cats joinging us. Three warriors named Sageheart, Sweetbriar, and Rabbitclaw," she meowed, flicking her tail to the new cats. "Do the three of you wish to become EchoClan warriors, and surve the clan even at the cost of your life?" Jadestar asked. The three cats nodded and replied, "I do." Jadestar said, "Then you are now warriors of EchoClan. Welcome Rabbitclaw, Sageheart, and Sweetbriar!" The clan cheered their names.

Sageheart! Rabbitclaw! Sweetbriar!

Jadestar waited for them to quiet down. "Now we have a few apprentices to make into warriors. Cloudpaw, Honeypaw, and Riverpaw please step forward," she meowed. The three apprentices walked up to the EchoRock, trying to hide their excitement. "Honeypaw and Cloudpaw, you have both trained long and hard and I trust that it is time for you to be warriors. Do you accept?" Jadestar asked. "I do!" both of them answered. Jadestar turned to Riverpaw. "Riverpaw, though you have not been with us too long, you come to EchoClan as a quite experienced apprentice. So now is your time to become a warrior; do you accept?" she asked. "I do," Riverpaw answered. "Then from now on you shall be known as Cloudbreeze, Honeystone, and Rivershadow," Jadestar called. The clan cheered for the new warriors.

Rivershadow! Honeystone! Cloudbreeze!

"Now there are some kits that have reached the age of six moons and are ready to become apprentices. Halfkit, Fogkit, and Flytekit please come forward," Jadestar meowed. The excited kits scampered up to the EchoRock. Jadestar looked down at them, sad that Moonkit couldn't be joining her litter in their apprentice cerimony. "The three of you are ready to become apprentices with mentors of your own. Until you recieve your warrior names, you shall be known as Flytepaw, Halfpaw, and Fogpaw.Halfpaw will be menotred my Scatail. Flytepaw, your mentor will be Greyfoot. Flamestripe will mentor Fogpaw," she meowed. The mentors came up to touch noses with their new apprentices and the clan cheered.

Fogpaw! Halfpaw! Flyepaw!

"That is all for now! Meeting dissmissed!" Jadestar called, leaping down from the EchoRock.

Ok, sorry for adding anyone way late and making these cerimonies late. And sorry for not being on much and not having your drawing requests up yet! My scanner still doesn't want to coopperate with my laptop, but I think it will work if I scan the pictures onto my mom's laptop instead. And for now, I'm just not going to do theme songs because that's just more work for me and you. But I will try to keep EchoClan updated more!

I'm angry. I was hoping to post some cat pictures that I drew today. But guess what? My scanner desided to not coopperate with my computer today. So now I can't post cat pics yet. My mom is working on fixing my scanner (and she good with tech stuff so she will probly fix it soon), but until it is fixed I can't post and cat drawings. But I do have Chilepanda's request done and one of Jadestar, but I just saw Starry's request so I'm still working on that. I hope to post them soon, sorry to keep you waiting!

OK! So if you like how I draw kitties you can request to have your cats drawn. Make as many request as you want, but remember that I'm just one person so don't give me too many! It may take me a few days to get your request drawn and up on the blog so be patient. Please fill out the form below so I know exactly what you want!

READ BEFORE FILLING OUT FORM. This seems simple enough right? Well I'm still afraid of confusing people so I'm going to explain this, lol. You can select multiple cats to be in the drawing and they don't have to be all your cats, but at least one of them needs to be yours. For example, you might want your cat and their mate to be drawn, but you don't play their mate. You also must select a pose for each cat you want drawn. Look at the 'sketches part 2' page to pick your poses and remember that I can draw cats laying down, even though that's not on the sketch page. I can actually draw a lot of poses that arn't on the sketch page, or at least ry to. For the direction the cat's head faces, its pretty simple; facing forward, left, right, or the back of their head because the cat is turned around. Because I draw your cat turned around, too! LOL. Anyway, the facial expression is simple too, just say if you want them to look happy, sad, angry, etc. Other is where you can say something like the two cats' tails are curled together or your cat is looking at a butterfly or they have a peice of fresh kill. Stuff like that. Get it? Sorry this was so long, lol!

Halfkit glanced around the clearing, still feeling shocked. I can hear StarClan? I'm part of a prophecy? he thought, confused. And what did Goldwing meen when she said 'Fogkit sees us'? He figured it was best if he went to find Fogkit. He glanced around, looking for his half-blind brother. Spotting him, Halfkit scampered over. "Er...Fogkit, can I speak with you? I...can hear StarClan. I can hear their whispers. A cat named Goldwing told me about a prophecy that includes you and me," he mewed, wondering if Fogkit thought he sounded as though he had lost his mind. "And..and I want to ask..can you communicate with StarClan in anyway?" he asked.

Ok, Indigo, you have to continue this. Also, is it ok if either Riverpaw or Sweetpaw is old enough to become a warrior soon? Because Halfkit, Fogkit, and Flytekit are becoming apprentices soon and I think that it is odd if Stormsky's the only warrior. XD lol I'm just a perfectionist. So is that ok? I don't care which one.

Look, I feel like you guys are coming on less and less. Not that you aren't active, because you mostly, but I'm just afraid of you becoming inactive. I really don't want to give that speech about staying active, I know you have all heard it before. I want to make EchoClan more exciting for you, other than the prophecy! So, I have made a little poll in the left collum and I want to know what you think about all the cats having theme songs! So please take the poll(and please just say Yes or No, not 'What's a theme song?' or "I like waffles!!!!' because those two were just for fun.) And well, I can draw cats decently well. So, I've been thinking of taking requests to draw your EchoClan cats and post them up on the blog, just for fun! What do you think of that; should I show you some sketches first? I know yesterday was the gathering, but I didn't remember until like one in the morning yesterday. And it was a special one too, the moon was closer to us than it has been in like 18 years! Did you see it, it was so bright! Anyway, I'm really mad I forgot about the gathering because I wanted Jadestar to fall off the Great Stone/Rock whatever and lose a life. Hi! I'm advertising for the new clan that I'm running with Raven/Daniee. It's called PeakClan and it's pretty cool, but we need more people to join. A prophecy wil be starting that has four cats and only one cat gets to be in it per person. There are already three spots filled, so the last spot it first come, first surve! The First One Kidnapped

Swiftpaw darted throguh the forest, back to camp. He leapt from stepping stone to stepping stone over the stream and ran through the trees. He burst through the tunnel that was the camp entrance. "Morningpaw! She's gone! She was kidnapped by a rouge at Stoneplace!" Swiftpaw cried, out of breath. Jadestar walked up to her son. "It's alright, we'll find her. How far has thr rouge gone?" she meowed. "T-the rouge was large, I couldn't catch him. He was heading...f-for the open territory. He's probably t-there by now," Swiftpaw said shakily. Jadestar turned to her deputy. "Scartail, take Greyfoot and Flamestripe to Stoneplace and follow the rouge from there. If the trail leads into the open territory, then don't go too far for now. When you're finished, report back to me," she ordered. "Yes, Jadestar," Scartail replied and led Flamestripe and Greyfoot out of camp.

*The Patrol*

Scartail, Greyfoot, and Flamestripe raced through the forest to Stoneplace. Greyfoot sniffed the ground and meowed, "I smell scents of Swiftpaw and Morningpaw...and rouge! I've found it!" They followed the scent trail until it stopped at the stream. "He must have gone through it," Flamestripe mumbled. "Then we will, too," Scartail said. She led the patrol strait through the stream, feeling lucky it was a calm part. "We probably could have just went to the stepping stones to get across," Greyfoot meowed. "You afraid of getting a little wet, Greyfoot? The stepping stones are too far down anyway, if we took time to go cross that way then we would oose the scent," Scartail snapped. They found the scent again, but it was faint. "The water is hinding the rouges scent!" Flamestripe said. They tried their best to follow the scent, but lost it. "We might as well head back to camp," Scartail murmured.

*Back at Camp*

The patrol came back into camp, without Morningpaw. "Any luck?" Jadestar asked. Scartail shook her head. "We lost the scent trail after we crossed the stream," she meowed. Jadestar sighed. She leapt to the top of the EchoRock and called the clan together. "As you all know by now, Morningpaw has been kidnapped by a rouge. I want all patrol to watch out for rouges, and no apprentices can go into the forest without a warrior," she called, "Meeting dissmissed." Jadestar leapt down from the EchoRock.

Sad News

Jadestar slowly got to the top of the EchoRock and called the clan together. "Sadly, there has been a death in EchoClan. Moonkit has died and gone to StarClan earlier than anyone had expected. Let us morn for the young kit tonight. Crookedback and Sparkpaw will bury her in the morning," she meowed. Jadestar leapt down from the rock and walked up to the small black kit who layed in the middle of the clearing. She pressed her nose to the she-kit's fur.

Prophecy Part 1 ~ Jadestar's Dream

Jadestar was lying in her nest, inside the stone den under the EchoRock. She was drifting off to sleep, unaware of what was coming...

~In Her Dream~

Jadestar found herself in an unfamiliar clearing. Ahead of her, was the oddest thing she had ever seen. To the left was a fog so thick that nothing was visible, but to the right it was completely clear. All around was nothing but silence. Suddenly, a cat with a starry pelt walked out of the fog and stood in front of her. Jadestar took a closer look and realized the cat was her father, Echofade. "Echofade? But you went to StarClan!" Jadestar meowed, breaking the silence. "Yes, I did, dear Jadestar. But I appear before you now just to inform you of a prophecy." Confusion covered Jadestar's face. "A prophecy?" she echoed. Echofade nodded and meowed, "A message from StarClan, to warn your clan of what is coming." Jadestar looked at her father, his eyes looked like they were glowing. He said,

To receive the message we send to you,
Look to the two brothers.
One can hear through the silence,
One can see through the fog.

Then, Echofade vanished. Jadestar looked around the clearing and called out, "Echofade? Dad? Hello?"

Suddenly, Jadestar woke up to find herself back in her den. Moonlight flooded into the den, covering her pelt. She said the prophecy over and over in her head, trying to figure out what it ment. But, soon she was too tired and drifted back into sleep. At dawn, she woke and left her den. She climbed up the EchoRock and sat there, watching her clan wake up. Two brothers? One can hear through silence...one can see through fog... she thought, Oh, what could it mean?

New Cat and Warriors

Jadestar leapt to to top of the EchoRock and called, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather below to EchoRock for a meeting!" As her voice echoed through the clearing, the cats gathered below her. "To start today's meeting, we have three new cats joining. First, we have two Riverpaw and Sweetpaw. Do both of you wish to train as apprentices to learn our ways and the warrior code?" Both Riverpaw and Sweetpaw reply, "I do!" Jadestar nods and meows, "Alright, then Riverpaw, your mentor will be Crowflight. Sweetpaw, your mentor will be Nightclaw." Crowflight and Nightclaw walk up to touch noses with their apprentices. "We also have Wishpool who wishes to join us. Wishpool, do you promise to follow the warrior code as a warrior of EchoClan?" Wishpool repiles, "I do." Jadestar meowed, "Then welcome to EchoClan Wishpool. Welcome Riverpaw and Sweetpaw as well." The clan cheered the names of the new cats.

Riverpaw! Sweetpaw! Wishpool! Riverpaw! Sweetpaw! Wishpool!

"Two apprentices must also be made into warriors. Honeypaw and Cloudpaw, please come forward," Jadestar meowed. The two apprentice stepped forward proudly. "Both of you have trained well and it is your time to become warriors. Do you two wish to become warriors of EchoClan?" Honeypaw and Cloudpaw nod and say, "I do!" Jadestar meowed, "Well, then from this day forward, Honeypaw will be known as Honeystone. Cloudpaw, you will be known as Cloudbreeze." The clan cheers their new names.

Honeystone! Cloudbreeze! Honeystone! Cloudbreeze!

"Thats is all. Meeting dissmissed," Jadestar meowed, leaping down from the EchoRock.

Prophecy Contest Results!!!!

OK, so the rusults are in. I want you all to know that your entrees were all really good!!! (honesty, I'm not just saying that! =3) But, winners had to be chosen, and it was a tough dicision. So, the winners are (from first to fouth place).....*drumroll*

fflight/stormy(Using Stormsky), Rose of the Valley(cat not chosen), WCL92(cat not chosen), and Raven(Using Flytekit)!!!! Congrats!!

Rose and WCL, I suggest that at least one (or both) of you use and apprentice for the prophecy. I think there should be at least one apprentice...but as long as one of you uses an apprentice, then the other can be an apprentice or a warrior. But, no kits please; including Flytekit (and the two kits Indigo and I will play) there is already 3 kits. I like to balence things out, I'm a bit of a perfectionist. (Oh, and I just want kits, apprentices, and warriors in the prophecy, no other cats. Not that you'd want an elder or anything anyway XD)

Anyway, each of you get to choose a simple power for your cats. By simple I meen nothing too extreme, like lazer vision, flying, invisibility, etc. I will except things such as telekinesis, fast speed, etc. Get it? However, ABSELUTELY NO POWERS THAT HAVE TO DO WITH STARCLAN COMUNICATION!!!!!! (Those powers are resurved for me and Indi,kk?) Anyway, Stormy gets to pick a power first, then Rose, and so on, get it? OK, get choosing so we can have a prophecy!!!

Ok, we are having a prophecy! The prophecy has to do with six special cats. Two of them are being played by me and my bro Indigo (because he's helping me plan the prophecy =3). But, four others must be chosen. So, we are having a caption contest! You know what to do, come up with a funny caption for the picture below. Four winners with the funniest captions will be chosen. And because each prophecy cat must have a simple power (super fast running, telekinesis, etc.), the first place winner with choose their power first, the second chooses second, and so on. And if you win, you also get to choose your prophecy cat, wether you add a new cat or use one you already have. Anyway, good luck on the contest!

Kits, Apprentices, and Warriors

Jadestar leap to the top of the EchoRock, the stone was cold under her paws. There was a Leafbare chill in the air and the shy was clouded with no blue showing. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather below the EchoRock for a clan meeting!" the leader called. The cats of EchoClan gathered in front of the large rock. "To start this meeting, I wish to make two appprentices into warriors. Sagepaw and Darkpaw, please come forward," Jadestar meowed. The two oldest apprentiices came forward, it was about time they were warriors. "You two have both trained well and I trust that you can follow the warrior code. Do you two wish to become warriors of EchoClan?" she asked. Darkpaw and Sagepaw noddded and both said, "I do!" Jadestar replied, "Than as leader of EchoClan, you are both now warriors. Darkpaw, you shall be known as Darkice. Sagepaw, you shall be known as Sagestripe." (Names can be changed if you want). The clan cheered their names.

Darkice! Sagestripe! Darkice! Sagestripe!

"And now there are three kits who need to be apprentices. Grasskit, Dawnkit, and Sweetkit please come forward," Jadestar continued. The three excited kits scampered forward. "You three are six moons and need to become apprentices. So, until you earn your warrior names, you will be known as Grasspaw, Dawnpaw, and Sweetpaw," she said, "Yellowjay, you will mentor Grasspaw. dawnpaw, you will be mentored by Firestalker. And Sweetpaw's mentor will be Rosemist." The mentors came forward to touch noses with their apprentices and the clan cheered the apprentices' names.

Grasspaw! Dawnpaw! Sweetpaw! Grasspaw! Dawnpaw! Sweetpaw!

"And finally I wish to say that Mystmoon and Crowflight's kits have been born. Their names are Moonkit, Flytekit, Halfkit, and Fogkit. And we have a new kit named Heatherkit who has no mother, so she will be foster mothered by Brightlegs," Jadestar meowed. "That is all! Meeting dissmissed!" she called and the clan went back to their duties. Jadestar leapt down from the EchoRock and went to talk to her deputy, Scartail.

OK, we can have a prophecy

According to the poll (that I finally bothered to look at and make a post about, lol) you guys want a prophecy! And beacuase to answer with the most was the one where you said 'yes, but inly if I'm in it', I promise as many cats as possible will be in it.
